Scope of Work
This project involved cleaning:
- 2 large rooftop units (RTUs)
- 27 VAV (Variable Air Volume) boxes
Our team worked diligently to remove smoke, ash, and other contaminants from the HVAC system, leaving it spotless and fully operational.

To minimize disruption, the project was completed over the 4th of July holiday week, ensuring that staff and students could resume their routines without delays. This approach allowed for seamless restoration with little impact on campus activities.
